  • We work on a first come, first served basis when it comes to booking deposits.  Your party is not officially booked until we have confirmed availability and you have reserved the day/time/character(s) with a deposit. 
  • All parties must be booked with a deposit at least 48 hours prior to the event, or 48 hours prior to the weekend, whichever comes first.
  • Party dates/times cannot be held without a deposit.   After availability is confirmed, if it takes longer than 24 hours for a deposit to be made, we must open that time slot up to other booking requests.  
  • Parties over 30 miles away must book at least 60 minutes.  Parties over 50 miles away must book at least 90 minutes. 
  • Date/time changes can be made (dependent on availability) as a one time courtesy, at least 48 hours prior to your event, but deposits are non-refundable for cancellations.  
  • Downgrades of party time are subject to a fee and must be done at least 48 hours in advance.
